Ellerslie Gas Well and Choke/Dehy Gas Plant

100% Working interest in an operating company with 1 asset, an Ellerslie gas well 102/07-11-053-01W5M with a choke/dehy gas plant to make spec gas to sell to the local gas co-op.  There is uphole Mannville gas potential.  P/Z plots show over 860 MMscf OGIP.  Well has 2 gas reservoirs connected to perfs, proved by original pressure recharging to above original pressure years after 2 flow and buildup tests.  The inner near wellbore reservoir has good perm, 57 mD while the much larger outer perimeter zone is less than 1 mD.
